Getting started
The first hour with Bronit, in the order that works. Each step assumes the one before it — a room cannot exist without a hotel, and a QR code cannot point at a room that is not there.
You need an owner account. If somebody at Bronit set you up, that is the one you signed in with.
1. Create your property
Settings → Hotel Integrations → Hotels → Add Hotel.

Three things matter here:
- Full name — what guests call it.
- Short code — one to five letters, used to name rooms. A hotel coded
FGhas roomsFG-202,FG-203. Pick something you would recognise on a printed QR code. - Room categories — optional. Fill it in if you price by room type (Standard, Lux); skip it if you do not. You can add them later.
If you run one property, you do this once and never come back.
2. Get your rooms in
Two ways, and the first is much faster.
From your PMS. If you use Exely, go to Settings → Hotel Integrations → Integrations, choose Exely, paste the API key, press Test key, and import. Your rooms arrive with their numbers and floors already correct.
Where the key lives: Exely extranet → Hotel management → Settings → Integrations → “Access to Universal API Exely PMS”.
One key is one property. A company with two hotels connects twice, with two different keys. Exely will not complain if you use the wrong one — it will simply load the wrong hotel’s rooms — so check the room numbers before you save.
By hand. Rooms → Add Room. Fine for a guesthouse, slow past twenty.
The Rooms tab shows a red badge on any hotel with no rooms. That is worth clearing before you go further: QR codes, bookings and occupancy all hang off rooms.
3. Connect Telegram
This is the step people skip and then wonder why nothing reaches them.
Settings → Telegram. If your account is not connected yet, the page opens with a red panel and three steps:
- Send
/startto the bot in a private chat. - It replies with your ID — tap it to copy.
- Paste it into the field and press Link account.

Then connect the group your staff actually use: add the bot, make it an
administrator, turn on Topics, and send /start in the group.
Once that is done the Mini App signs you in on its own — you never type a password into Telegram.
4. Add what you sell
Bronit Service → Services → Add Service for anything guests book: the sauna, the hall, the court. Give each one its hours, its capacity and its price.
Bronit Menu → Menu → Add category, then products inside it, for room service. Categories are the tabs a guest sees; keep them short and obvious — Breakfast, Salads, Main dishes.

5. Put the QR codes in the rooms
Bronit Menu → Menu → Print QR codes. One per room, each pointing at that room’s menu, so an order arrives already knowing where to go.
Print them, put them in the rooms, and scan one yourself before you tell anybody it is live. Ordering from your own menu once takes a minute and catches the things a checklist does not.
6. Let your staff in
Settings → Admins → Add Admin. Give each manager the hotels they work in. They get the same dashboard you do, minus the settings that decide what the business is.
What you have now
A property with rooms, staff who can sign in, services guests can book, a menu they can order from, and a Telegram group that tells you when they do.
