What we shipped, and what is coming. Newest first.

We write this page for the people who use Bronit, not for the people who build it — so it says what changed on your screen, not what changed in the code.

Shipped

The Mini App is yours to arrange

Bronit inside Telegram used to show everybody the same four tabs. Now the bottom bar carries three tabs of your choosing from nine screens, grouped the way the menu is: Today, Clients, Statistics and History; the Calendar; Orders; Content; Profile and Settings.

The owner sets the bar for the company in Settings → Telegram → Mini App. A hotel’s manager can choose a different three for their own property, from Settings inside the Mini App itself. Anything left off the bar is still one tap away behind the ☰ button — this arranges the menu, it does not take screens away.

Signing in to the Mini App without a password

The Mini App no longer asks for an email and a password. Send /start to the bot, copy the ID it replies with, paste it into Settings → Telegram. Done once, per person. After that Telegram signs you in every time.

Hotel Integrations

Settings → Hotels & Rooms is now Settings → Hotel Integrations, with three tabs: your hotels, your PMS connection, and your rooms.

Connecting Exely used to live on a separate settings page, which meant creating a hotel and connecting it were two different places in the menu. They are now one screen, in the order the work happens. A hotel with no key shows red; a hotel with no rooms shows red; rooms that came from your PMS show green.

The menu editor, by category

Room-service categories are tabs instead of one long scroll, each showing how many products it holds — an empty category is now visible at a glance rather than found by scrolling past it. Search cuts across every category at once, because “is this dish on the menu, and where” is the question people actually have.

Payment before delivery

A room-service order cannot be marked delivered until the payment is recorded. Guest orders from the QR menu are cash on delivery — the menu takes no card details — so the money changes hands at the door, and now Bronit knows it did.

Settings, rearranged

Fewer entries, better grouped. Products collects the settings for each thing you bought, one tab each. Sidebar moved inside Appearance — one decides what the dashboard looks like, the other what its menu contains. Bronit Custom moved into Products with everything else.

You can also reorder and hide the entries under Administration now, by dragging them in Settings → Appearance → Sidebar. That worked for products already and quietly did nothing for settings pages; it works for both.

Coming

Written down so you can tell us we have the order wrong.

Managers across several hotels

Today a manager belongs to one property. Soon an owner will be able to give one manager several hotels, and — within those — only the services they actually run. The spa manager sees the spa; the person covering two guesthouses sees both.

They will get the same sidebar the owner has, minus the settings that decide what the business is, and each manager will be able to arrange their own Mini App.

A Telegram group per service

One group for the whole company is right until it is not. An owner will be able to connect several groups and say, explicitly, which one each service reports to — the spa’s bookings to the spa team’s chat, the conference hall’s to the events team’s. One group can serve several services; the link is always something you can see rather than a rule you have to know.

Files on contracts

Upload the signed scan and keep it with the contract, up to 20 MB, instead of a link to a folder somebody will reorganise.

This site is new. The plan is a short page for every job you do more than once — adding a service, printing QR codes, reading the statistics — each with pictures of the actual screens.
